Most insulation orders ship by freight on a pallet, not by regular parcel delivery. This helps protect the material and allows us to move larger orders safely.

How fast do you ship?

Why does insulation ship on a pallet?

ROCKWOOL® and other insulation products are large, lightweight, and bulky. Pallet shipping keeps the bags organized, protected, and easier to unload.

Do I need a forklift to receive my order?

Not always. If you do not have a forklift or loading dock, we can help arrange liftgate delivery when available. Additional carrier fees may apply.

What if my bags arrive compressed or slightly open?

Insulation bags can shift or compress during freight transit. Slight compression or small openings in the outer packaging do not usually affect product performance.
